Croquet

SHAC is intent on fostering a greater understanding of the game through speaker events, exhibition matches and expanding our player base within college. A unique combination of insane strategy, outrageous skill, brilliant weather and lots of Pimms, Croquet is the sport to play. Ridiculous apparel recommended!

Below is a video showing just how cool the cats that play croquet are and the social life is just rocking.

But seriously, croquet is a lot of fun and a great way to chill out in the Summer. We will be holding an exhibition day in Trinity Term with food and drink on the lawns so that people can understand the rules and get into the game.

There is no croquet league but there is a cuppers tournament which, seeing as we are the only college with its own "international standard" croquet lawn, we should do very well at. You do not need to be experienced to play, just find a team of four and sign up before Trinity Term.

More croquet love to follow,

Simon.
