The University Counselling Service offers a variety of support services, including individual counselling and group counselling, a range of workshops (e.g. for overcoming panic, perfectionism, and sleep difficulties), and a variety of supportive resources.

Nightline

Nightline is a confidential listening service (not counselling) for students by students, operating between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am.

It is a country-wide service, but if you ring this number you will speak to Oxford students.

Harassment Advisor Network
The University has a confidential harassment advisor network which is made up of approximately 370 harassment advisors, appointed within each department and faculty as well as within the colleges. They can offer advice on how to deal with harassment and the options available to you. Their details are posted on department and faculty noticeboards.

Disability Advisory Service

The Disability Advisory Services provides advice and support for a range of conditions, for example sensory or mobility impairments, specific learning difficulties, or mental health difficulties. A variety of support is available and may include adjustments to accommodation, study technology, or examination provision such as extra time or using a word processor.
