St Hugh’s Role Playing Games exists to enable college members to engage in classic table top role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons. These games allow you to live out a fantasy, perhaps like a video game, but with absolutely no restrictions on your imagination and the cosy social atmosphere of a board game.
We cater to all levels of experience, whether you’ve never played an RPG before or are a seasoned veteran. Sign up to one of our games (at least 1 weekly run within St Hugh’s) by speaking to a committee member and getting yourself on the facebook chat. We are more than happy to see new players all year round, but keep an eye out for our ‘Building Your First Character’ session in early Michaelmas if you’ve never played before. We also endeavour to organise lighter social evenings over more traditional board games once per term, so you can get to know the other member’s out of character!
