Please book the JCR mattress using the form below. Select 12:00 on the days which you will be using it.
Once the booking is made, please send a separate message to the DODO either through email or Facebook messenger about your booking the day before it happens. The DODO will then arrange a time to give it to you.
The mattress must be returned the day after your booking.
If you really need the mattress and it is already booked, message the DODO and he might be able to arrange a spare.
