Hello everyone! I’m Ernesto, and I’m the JCR’s Fresher’s Rep. I’m a first-year student in Psychology and Linguistics. When I’m not studying, you’ll likely find me playing for St. Hugh’s FC or catching a film at the local Picturehouse.
Initially, the idea of beginning university life felt daunting to me. However, the wonderful community at St. Hugh’s played a big role in easing that transition. As your Fresher’s Rep, I’m eager to offer the same warm welcome and support to everyone.
I will serve as the primary contact for Freshers before y’all step foot in college, ensuring your interests and well-being are met throughout the term. I’m also organising Fresher’s Week, aiming to make it an unforgettable experience for you all. Please feel free to contact me with anything!
